HSR Releases 2 Tracks for FREE Download!

Jun 29, 2008 in Free Downloads, News

Giving in to the demand of our fans for more materials from the Harlem Station Recordings label, we decided to release for a short time two tracks never heard of before, for the die hard supporters:

Identity Crisis – Big Poppa’s Dream (Contender mix): It’s always a pleasure to appreciate the many ways this track has been remixed and re-served over the years.  It is really a symbolic parallel to the never-ending renewal that the person that inspired it continues to have on our daily lives, sometimes in minuscule but meaningful ways. This is Big Poppa’s Dreams done Contender Style…

The Undah-Dub – Back In Tha Day. Through a great friend from back in the day, The Undah-Dub was fortunate to work on this US National Wolkswagen commercial that aired during the Summer of 2006.  To encapsulate the hot and funky feel of the Summer while taking inspiration from the older soul generation (a theme that the commercial was trying to present), this was the result of getting funky, getting amped, getting drummed out.

All tracks are made available exclusively here for download courtesy of KVYM.NET Online Radio. We thank them for their support over the years.
